As a whisky fan, I was genuinely pleased to find good service and friendly staff in Edinburgh. I'd been through every other whisky shop in the capital and it was only here, The Whisky Shop and SMWS where I found the service to be genuinely exceptional. Ended up purchasing a bottle of their own house blend, amazing value for money. Just wish they had a larger whisky selection on their website as I would order again but I'm based in Manchester. The gent who served me wore glasses but I sadly didn't get his name.

We have ordered several times now from Worsley wines- fantastic selection of wines at all price ranges, and such quick (and free) delivery! The rosé Saint Max is such a lovely wine and made our Easter sunny lockdown weekend, I've just ordered more! Also bought their champagne for a virtual family celebration which was really good too. Definitely beats battling supermarkets or online orders for limited selections- Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Incredibly poor management. Literally the polish manager guy is chasing girls in the toilet and shouting like a big cook. Also they blackmail people with their salary ( they reject to pay people wages if they don't meet their criteria ). For sure this company should get some kind of attention from the news and council.

They scan stuff and don't bag it. First time happened few months ago, thought it was a genuine mistake but happened yesterday again. So won't be going back. Make sure u bag your own items straight after she scans it.

Absolutely great people to buy from - very quick handling of enquiries, Dia managed to e-mail me pictures of the bottles i was after and allowed me to reserve and order online.Prompt delivery and very good packaging. I went for standard delivery and to my surprise my bottles were delivery the next day and with careful packaging.Most importantly - the vintage wines I bought were incredible!Highly recommend, Vintage Wine & Port is now on my monthly purchase list!
