RAF HENLOW GOLF CLUB IS A GREAT PLACE TO VISIT VERY FRIENDLY GREAT VALUE A TRICKY LITTLE 18 HOLES 9 BACK TO BACK VERY NEW MANAGEMENT WHO ARE DOING WONDERS TO IMPROVE THE COURSE ALONG WITH THE MEMBERS TRYING TO IMPROVE THE COURSE AND MAKE IT A MEMORABLE VISIT .CONTACT, ( PETER BLANCH )GOLF PRO COME EVERY THING .

Love the coffee they give you at the gate. Really makes you feel at home. Definitely recommend the visit.

RAF Fylingdales
Very good as a radar facility for the MOD and possibly NORAD. Last time I heard, it did help them too.If it's helping to protect NATO and most of the Northern Hemisphere, then it's a good facility. As far as I know, Solid State arrays are a lot more reliable than the big golf balls, so clearly the base has gotten better over the years.

RAF Mildenhall Visitors' Centre
Definitely not a bad first base. Security is high, well clean inside, and feels like a miniature America in the UK. Would totally reccomend a visit.
