Archangel Home Detox
Still waiting on the £400 she took off me for my partner for a suboxone home detox a few years ago. If there is no reply to this i’ll be taking her to the small claims court. She also dipped into my father in laws bank acc without permission and took money as she had his bank details after she was paid for a detox for myself. Her name is Rebecca yagci. Also watch out for her hardman husband. Beware!!!

I can't emphasise enough the relief and gratitude that the team supported my family through the journey of getting our loved one into rehab. They made a significant difference in our lives and my loved ones life with their rehab treatment. Thank you so much!

ANA Treatment Centre
I recently completed 22 weeks, in total, under the care of the incredible, hard working staff at ANA. I spent 14 weeks in Primary treatment, in which provided me with an experience of life of abstinence, but also formed the foundations for the start of my new life, my journey of recovery.I was broken and lost upon admission. However, within a mere matter of time, this changed. My entire outlook changed.Following the completion of my primary treatment, I proceeded on to Secondary Treatment, ANA’s Community Living Skills Program. I will mention, I was extremely reluctant to continue my journey when I initially heard about the program in the early days of Primary… but, I cannot emphasise enough how important and efficacious my 18 weeks in total spent in secondary have been.I have had the encouragement and support to address underlying issues, within myself, surrounding my substance addiction, but also additionally begin to work on my primary issue, my eating disorder. I shan’t hide the fact that this has been extremely tough at times, mentally and emotionally. However, with my councillors support, and that of my peers, it has been by far the most powerful experience in my entire life. Extremely worth every moment of difficulty.I now live in an ANA Works House along with three of my peers. This decision was made slowly with a vast amount of help, but it surely was also the best decision I made.Reflecting on my entire journey so far, I am now 7.5 months sober and am starting a new life. I celebrated Christmas Day, New Year, my 27th Birthday and Easter all whilst in treatment, and they were memorable for good reasons!I would not have been in this position in life, and in recovery, without ANA. The staff and councillors have collectively saved my life, for which I will forever have a huge amount of gratitude.Thank you ANA!

Cassiobury Court - Drug & Alcohol Rehab London
I’ve benefitted hugely from my treatment at Cassiobury Court. In fact I’ve had the best month of the last 2 years. The staff here are the best of the best and I will always recommend this amazing place to anyone I know who requires treatment for any known addiction. Rafa the Manager, Martin, Steve, Seth, Gerard, Oli, Jane, Alison, Rebecca, Paul & George are superb as well as Alan, Paula, Helen and Steve with the unrivalled catering. Cassiobury Court is also excellent value for money compared to other far more expensive but inferior Treatment Clinics.I’m very much looking forward to returning to Chair group meetings in the future. Many thanks to everyone. You’ll always remain affectionately in my heart.Rob.

CrossReach Residential Recovery Service
The staff & volunteers in the service are second to none and i couldn't have got clean without the help of them. This was by far the best move I've ever made in my life and i'll be forever grateful to the crossreach service as a whole who also provided me with an aftercare plan and got me in to supported accomodation.

Priory Hospital Bristol
Well I am utterly shocked and very dissatisfied with the care ( Or should I say lack of). My brother was treated appallingly to the point that even his basic needs were not met ie food and drink when he was hungry sometimes at night there was nothing available for him depriving him of his liberty eventhough he was an informal patient. He was so distressed that he tried to escape and became quite challenging. Also no communication between them and the families and they also lie about things that are important. I trusted what my brother was saying. Please be aware of these people they clearly do not care and lack empathy. People need to stand up to these and report anything that is not up to standards so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
