Great work out. Other spinners are all nice as well and no one seems to mind if I have a little sing along. All the teachers have been enthusiastic helpful.

Brilliant spinning sessions in a lovely big clean space with special lighting , super sound system , really friendly place.On our first sessions we were taken through how the bike works, correct adjustments to make , height , length of reach etc then checked on during the rides to see if all was well.There are nice changing facilities, toilets and free locking lockers.The instructor we had ; Sarah gives you clear instructions throughout the spin , each class is different. You can work at what you are comfortable with or go for it.The bikes are the nicest ones I have been on, you can download an app on your mobile which bluetooths to the bike you are on or, just use the bike's own read outs for progress all of which is explained to you , it's great to get a read out at different stages of your ride with a final read out at the end.We really enjoy going .

Highly recommend wouldn’t Spin anywhere else, instructors amazing and although always fantastic workout always a little giggle had.

A dedicated spin studio with the latest Stages 3 bikes with power gauge. Expert trainers who drive you to great fitness and endurance results. Free sessions for newbies as well. Recommended.

I've just attended my second class at vennjng ride and I'm already looking forward to the next one.I like to push myself hard, and the opportunity is definitely there for that yo happen, but it's made clear that the only competition is with yourself. Your ride, your way.Can't recommend Venning ride enough!
