After coming to HD1 fitness clinic for a few weeks now attending spin classes and having access to the gym I’ve felt so confident in myself and although this is down to the workouts I also have to praise Trevor and the members at HD1 fitness, they take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at! So friendly and supportive!

I have tried several places for a sports massage over the years but Trevor is without a doubt one of the best sports massage therapists I have experienced. Not only does he give an excellent sports massage but he also helps a lot with flexibility (something which I struggle a lot with) and he always ends the session by stretching out my calves, legs, shoulders and arms. I would highly recommend!

Thank you! Spin classes have been fantastic during the last few months of Lock-Down. Always well structured, varied with great music. Trevor's enthusiasm and encouragement have made these sessions a pleasure. My fitness levels are up, my weight down...... feeling good. Just what i wanted!
