Had an issue with two of the live plants I ordered not being as advertised so I contacted them and I got a reply in about 30mins explaining what had happened and was given a refund straight away. Probably the best customer service I've had before. Thank you for the speedy response and stress free resolution of the issue.

We had our horsefield tortoise, pumpkin, and set up from the tortoise den. They are always there for advice when needed both before and aftrr your purchase, would highly recommend if your thinking of getting a tortoise or any tortoise equipment/accessories.

Couldn't be happier ☺️ My little Tortoise was delivered to us for my birthday, packaged up safely in a perfect little container. He/she is healthy and so friendly, loves a head rub. Settled quickly into his new home( which was also bought from Tortoise den) feeding etc and loving a bath. My son did alot of research into different companies and the Tortoise den came out top, the reviews and the help from them was fantastic. Thank you so much, we would recommend you 100%

Very helpful, Friendly and informative from the point of enquiry to collecting our lovely tortoise today. The tortoise table is excellent quality and the tortoise themselves are clearly very well cared for. We left feeling we had all our questions answered and we felt in no way rushed at all and knowing we can ask for information if needed in the future. Our kiddies also felt very welcomed which isn't always the way with our toddler being especially energetic! I'd highly recommend.

Got our tortoise here about a week ago. She is healthy and active and eating well. Very professional business and the tortoises are well cared for. We aren't far away and will be coming back here for supplies. I will also recommend to a family member who is interested in having a tortoise

Excellent customer service, always willing to help and give advice on he proper care for your tortoise. Prices on all products are also extremely good, better than anything else I have found online. They are always willing to talk you through everything you need, give advise and tips on the best product for your tortoise and will answer any general questions you may have to care properly for your tortoise. 10/10, would recommend for any new or existing tortoise owners to check out their online shop.
