This company had lots of great reviews. However, despite calling numerous times and leaving my details - no one ever called me back. Even if they had called to say they were busy and couldn’t fit us in - at least we would know to look elsewhere. Really disappointing.In response to their reply - I called today too so that was numerous times. If unwell - could have passed that on to the call handler. We don’t use big national companies. We have found another local one.

Really happy with the work carried out. Excellent knowledge from Karl regarding damp situation in the house. Took up his recommendation of a piv machine, which has been brilliant. Overall very happy with Karl and his team - everyone polite and no mess left behind. Good pricing also. Would highly recommend!

I had an awful damp problem. Mould, condensation, paint and paper peeling off walls, headaches and blocked nose. Karl came over and instantly put me at ease. He is very. Professional, listens and cares about his customers. He recommended a loft ventilation system amongst a few other things and I went ahead with it as I was so desperate to sort the issue. I can’t actually believe how good the system is! I’ve had no mould in my bathroom or bedrooms since, my headaches have gone and my decorating has been saved. I can’t recommend Karl’s company and the systems that he uses enough! Thank you Karl. Great after service too.

Karl came round to carry out an initial damp survey, was very punctual & communication was great.After a discussing the issue and carrying out some checks, Karl advised that our issues were not being caused by rising damp and that the problem was much more likely a leak beneath the concrete screed - advised to contact home insurance to progress further.Thanks for your help & advise Karl.
