Greg was so helpful, advising me on a flat tyre but imparting a lot more knowledge otherwise! It took less than 15 minutes, very competitive price as well as helping me with a cost effective solution to the problem. Easy to get to and very friendly service! Thanks again Greg, will be back!

Took my bike in for a service today. Greg served me and nothing was to much trouble. The service was excellent and very well priced at £25.00, A fast turnaround. My bike was ready to be collected within an hour. I also purchased some accessories and my bike is now in great shape. This shop is highly recommend and I will be visiting again for a winter service check. Thanks Greg

Greg's is great! Took my Specialized bike to Greg's following a poor, innefectual, not to mention expensive repair at another well established Birmingham bike repair shop. Thankfully, my experience at Greg's couldn't be more different. Greg and Co could not be more friendly and customercentric. They rapidly turned around my brake repair within hours. They went above and beyond in their level of service, even identifying and correcting another safety hazard I was unaware of without further charge. The price was great value too. I will be returning to Greg's bikes for all future cycle needs. Highly recommended!

Popped into Greg’s shop last Saturday with a puncture on my back wheel this was resolved quickly and effortlessly by leaving my bike in the shop. I’m new to cycling and Greg is very knowledgable, so when I collected my bike I was able to ask him quite a few questions which really helped.I’ll be sure to pop back if I have any future issues!

Took my bike into Greg to get the brake pads changed. I returned an hour later to find my bike cleaner than it had ever been, new pads and pretty much serviced. Great value for money too Knowledgable and super helpful. Highly recommended! Thanks Greg!

10/10 would recommend!!!Greg and Joseph are such legends!I took my eBike here after battling to find a service centre that deals with Bosch batteries.All of the 5 star reviews are 100% deserved and 100% genuine!So happy with their service and will never take my bike to anyone else while I’m living in Birmingham!
