I have just returned from my 3rd holiday organised by Gwen and here team, and I have been delighted with each experience.I was very much from the 'package holiday' or DIY holiday brigade until last year when we wanted to visit a Winter Destination, log cabins, snow, etc..... I had no idea where to start and so I contacted Incredible Experiences and was offered very comprehensive options.That first trip was everything we had hoped for and so this year, next on our bucket list was Lake Garda. Again I had no idea where to go or stay, its a very big Lake! Once again Gwen and her team came up trumps and the hotel they found us was probably one of, if not the best I have ever stayed in. Not necessarily because it had all the amenities other larger hotels might have, but the location was unbelievable plus being a very small place, tucked away, it was a very quiet, tranquil setting with an amazing view over the lake, but only 10 minutes from the town and Lake.And then to this trip. My son and I had promised ourselves about 4 years ago we would learn to Scuba dive. I already knew Egypt was amongst the best locations but I had heard stories of some lets say 'less professional' diving schools. So armed with my brief, Gwen and her team sourced The Breakers Diving & Surfing Lodge in Soma Bay, near Hurghada. Once again it was pretty much perfect, fantastic location, brilliant staff, good varied food and superb diving, a bit scary at times but so glad we did it.One of the other benefits of using Incredible Experiences however is despite getting a full itinerary, airport transfers, all the paperwork and boarding cards etc....taken care of for you, when things do not go according to plan, Gwen or her team are there to support you and put it all right in a flash.I cannot recommend Incredible Experiences services enough, I am fully converted and look forward to asking them to plan our next adventure!Thank you Gwen and your wonderful team,Dave Hill
