Saigon Mobile Phone Accessories

Dropped in today to get a screen protector on my Oppo flip, although they didn't have one they cut one to size and it fitted perfectly!Brilliant service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best mobile accessories shop anywhere. Phone screen and camera screen protector installed perfectly. Not a single spect of dusk. The fingerprint scanner on my Samsung S23 works perfectly after installation. The shop has so many phone case options that can't be found anywhere.

Just put my phone in to find out if it's worth went back to find out they just a new screen and charge me £80 I did not ask me if I wanted it done or not went in with an earpiece came out with it not working I wanted to charge me to repair.

Nice lady. The one issue i had with is when i went to fix the screen and later on realised the screen itself operates on its own without me swiping or tapping the phone. I tried to explain my phone wasn’t operating. It got to the point where it was dismissed and it was something else that made no effect on my phone. Also i got told to have it on video record it to prove there’s something instead of just taking my word.Maybe its my bad luck.

Utterly disgraceful customer service and completely rude attitude.my daughters replacement screen only lasted 5 weeks b4 it started having lines on the screen. they were adamant she had dropped it however there was no visible damage. They then asked for another full payment to replace screen. I refuse and went to camberley (Ibroke my gadget) shop who were not only cheaper they also agreed that the screen should have been replaced within warranty.I Throughly recommended I broke my gadget shop and will never use Saigon services anymore

My husband and I took our apple iPhone into Saigon after doing some careful research online. The phone had been dropped, and the display had lines down it, and had stopped operating.We found Saigon, and judging by all the positive reviews decided to take it in so they could take a look. The young lady behind the counter was very professional, very polite and it was reassuring to be told that in about an hour we should be able to come and collect it in full working order.They even rang my husband on his phone during the time it was being fixed to let us know step by step if there were any additional things we should know about and if they had additional questions we needed to answer. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.We've not had a single issue since the phone was fixed which was over 4 months ago. Thank you again!

Very knowledgeable lady who runs the store is extra helpful and professional. She is always interested in looking after her customers and their needs. She assess product she stocks to ensure they work well. I would highly recommend this mobile accessories store and it's owner's values. Thank you for your service

Needed a screen protector fitted.......phoned to check availability.....10mins later I am in shop.....5mins later I am walking out of shop with said screen saver fitted, no air bubbles, no bits of debris underneath. Perfect, highly recommended
