Thank you for everything you did for us. Your friendliness, your competence, nothing was too much trouble. Please thank Mark for his caring and considerate attention to us all. All the care given on the day of the funeral made it so much easier knowing we didn't have to worry about a thing. Thank you Ann for all the work you did on our behalf. But also for introducing us to Peter Billingham. The service, all his hard work before hand, his respect and courtesy all the way through. From the moment i contacted them nothing was too much trouble.All the staff are awesome! The girls that made my mom look amazing and at peace. (Sorry dont know names). Jo was amazing from the moment she greeted us at the chapel, professionall, understanding, polite, compassionate. and most of all very clear in what information we needed and making it so easy in such a dufficult time.Mark and the team were amazing on the day with there support. And the celebrant claire smith was amazing as well.I would like to say a massive thank you in such difficult time. World class from start to finish!

Thomas Brothers helped our family in what was of course a tough and emotional time when my father passed away. They reduced the significant stresses of losing a loved one by providing a highly competent yet personable and caring service. They did my Dad proud; I can think of no higher praise.

Thomas Bros dealt with my sister-in-law’s funeral and were amazing throughout the whole process. From the first meeting with Ceri and then all dealings with Becci at their premises they were both professional and compassionate. Ceri and the staff on the day of the funeral were excellent and treated my 92 year old brother-in-law and the rest of the family in such a caring and respectful manner.I cannot thank them enough for making a very sad and difficult time that much more bearable due to their efficiency, organisation and kindness.

I had the pleasure of using Thomas Brothers funeral directors yesterday and would highly recommend them ,they are a great team , friendly and very welcoming,the quality of their staff is exceptional ,everyone of them dressed immaculately , their vehicles were pristine and they carried out their duties in a calm ,professional manner ,highly delighted with the service they provided .

Thomas brothers and their staff were very helpful in getting our relative ready for burial and also helping my mother organise the actual funeral along with the service. They were very well organised and done a lot of organising over the phone as myself and my husband are based in London. They showed a lot of empathy towards my husbands deceased uncle, even driving the hearse past his nursing home and stopping to let people pay their respects.

Thomas Brothers handled my Mum's funeral with absolute professionalism but with a warmth and caring that surpassed our expectations. They ensured my Mum was brought, at such short notice, to their chapel of rest before Christmas, which was such a huge comfort to our family. Vanda was so kind to us at such a devastating time and offered invaluable advice on every aspect of Mum's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for their staff, even allowing us to visit Mum when they were closed. The lovely homely environment puts you immediately at ease during such a difficult time. We knew Mum was in safe hands and on the day of her funeral, we knew we were too with Mark and his staff looking after everything - we were actually able to celebrate Mum's life not just grieve her loss. We are so grateful for all your help and support before and after the funeral. A fantastic family run business that I can't recommend highly enough.
