I highly recommend The Nappy Lady, not only for their invaluable knowledge but also fantastic customer service. I used the questionnaire and received my response promptly, even on a Saturday, I also had a query which they answered as soon as they reopened after the bank holiday. There are loads of really useful videos and tips on how to use them, how many you're likely to need and how to wash them, which has been essential to us as we are having our first baby and we don't know anyone who has gone down the reusable route. We will also be doing EC (infant pottying) and it was refreshing to see they even had information on the topic and specific reusables for that method considering it's not commonly practiced. Also, plenty of options for different price points. Thanks Nappy Lady Team!

Please don’t let the questionnaire fool you. We all receive the same information. I advise to join some nappy groups and ask people what they use nappy wise. Much more useful than the questionnaire.I have purchased a few items from this website now. I find admins rude and unhelpful if you ask questions. More recently I have seen some terrible business ethics which includes favouritism and unprofessionalism.There are many nappy businesses in the UK and I have had excellent customer service from them all and advise you to shop around and see for yourselves.

Just want to share how impressed I am with the service and the speed in which ive recieved my orders. Ive had to put through annoying orders every other day rather than one big one, but theres been no issues with any of the deliverys. The advice given was so helpful, and all of the nappies / items ive bought for my little girl have been absolutly amazing.I am so happy ive gone down the cloth nappy route and even happier I found this website. Excellent customer service from Wendy and her team! We found the site when searching for the most competitive price for the product we were looking for and not only did we get our purchase at great value but Wendy personally answered my query email very promptly and was so accomodating. The personal service really made a difference, especially as we had a lockdown baby, our first, and ended up buying many things online. Would absolutely recommend.

The customer service from nappy lady has been simply excellent. Right from the beginning they have guided us in selecting the type of nappies as per our requirements and has made the whole conversion from disposables so much easier! (It is our first baby and hence we needed a lot of help). The orders are processed really quickly and we received ours in couple of days. We have now placed 3 orders with them and our entire stash is from NappyLady. Would definitely recommend using them.

We use for most of our reusable nappy supplies. Always excellent service and quick delivery. I've found the advice on the website invaluable over the past 2 years whilst my daughter has been in reusables - whenever I have a query (whether it's about which nappy is best or how to wash them) I always go back to the nappy lady's website. Would highly recommend. I especially like that they only stock items that they believe in, I find it very reassuring.

I’m so grateful for the service that Wendy and her team provide. They’ve been incredibly helpful with all of my questions about reusables and getting a system that will work for me. Wendy also has some really great YouTube videos going all through the basics for people like myself who just had no idea where to even begin.I used the questionnaire service and found it suited what I was after, and I really liked that they included wash solution recipes for reusable wipes.I’ve just placed my order with them today.

I've had a wonderful customer service experience from the lovely Wendy at the Nappy Lady!!! They helped me with their initial survey and when I was ready to delve into the specifics she spent a good half an hour or more on the phone to me, at no point did Wendy ever rush me, she was very knowledgeable and generous with her knowledge, her recommendations were lovely and considerate of my needs and she had an amazingly positive attitude, it really was a wonderful experience, thank-you very very much!

Generally good but can be a bit slow with processing orders. I've waited a week for two separate orders ive made and it wasn't a delivery- i came to pick up the item.Otherwise great quality and really useful advice on the website from someone who is clearly highly experienced.
