Course was in good condition and is an enjoyable experience for all levels of golfers. Greens looked excellent and ran true maybe on the slow side but not a spoiler. Nice pint and sausage roll after a leisurely 4hr round on a beautiful sunny day. Would highly recommend and would definitely play again.

The course, the bar staff and the members are lovely. The track is a pure test for good golf and I would recommend 100%. The service by the pro though leaves a lot to be desired, a terrible manner and a very bad example for others..... See his persona and you would never go back! In an age where there's choice the only choice I will have is not to go back - he made me start my round angry!!

Played a 4 ball on the 19/10/22. Course was in a very good condition with the greens responsive and running true.A warm welcome and the food after our round sealed what was a great day.Well done to the all the staff, look forward to seeing you in the future Burgham is definitely a must play.

What a beautiful course. Everyone was really friendly. Would definitely be back again for another round.

A golfing jewel in a beautiful County's crown. A course which has plenty to offer all golfing abilities - from beginner to touring pro. Generous, well trimmed fairways wander and undulate between trees and around streams, lakes. Avoid those, and cleverly positioned smoothly raked bunkers and you'll arrive at large, well manicured greens with subtle borrows to tease you further. The last hole heads you slightly downhill straight towards the magnificent somewhat colonial style clubhouse giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills, or lack of them, to the patrons enjoying the facilities. Aside from the course & clubhouse there's a magnificent putting green & a massive driving range with open & covered bays. To complete this golfing Eden, you can be assured of a warm welcome from mine host & his team supplying a range of drinks and really delicious food. Tip: try a bacon sandwich!If you've already been you'll know what I mean. If not, go as soon as you can.

Excellent Course and greens a pleasure to put on. Been a change of management and people seem really nice and accommodating. Good selection of food at very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit as Burgham ventures into what seems a more encouraging future for its members and visitors. Good luck to all at Burgham Park.

Myself and 3 other ladies from Durham City Golf Club played in the ladies open in October. We were made to feel very welcome by the lady captain, other golfers and everyone in the clubhouse. The course was in very good condition and was a pleasure to play. We had a fun day and will definitely be back.
