Rhandirmwyn Camping and Caravanning Club Site
This is an amazingly peaceful and well run site but the approach roads mean it is only accessible for the brave hearted! Single track roads with a few crossing points, which although generally quiet, are no fun if you encounter a van coming the other way. Very tricky for towing or wide vehicles. Other that that, it’s great. Nice scenery and great walks

A lovely campsite, well maintained. We stayed on a nice grass pitch with an electric hook-up. The shower block was kept clean and tidy. Beautiful area for walking and relaxing. Many walks straight from the site.

Rhandirmwyn Camping and Caravanning Club Site
This campsite has to be one of my all time favourites- it felt like being in Austria surrounded by mountains, next to the river and lots of trees. Such a great welcome- wardens could not have been better. Great local knowledge and extremely clean. Very tranquil and birds are super friendly! The local nature reserve and roads north are a sight to behold. The location is v rural for a clubsite, no nearby shops and the local pubs open part of the week.

Very nice warm welcome from the staff on arrival the site is spotlessly clean, the showers & toilets are spotless. Will definitely be returning again.

One of my favourite sites for location, facilities and very friendly staff.Love the quiet camping field (where we had very good Wifi)Views are stunning with lots of lovely walks.Would highly recommend staying here.

Good facilities, great dog walking from the site, friendly welcome in an very attractive part of Wales. Need to bring plenty of supplies as the site is quite remote.

Friendly and clean site. Very welcoming on arrival, Riverside location. Plenty to do in area - short drive to nearby reservoir with stunning views and picnic area, also RSPB reserve with walks from both, or great drives along mountain road.Also not too far from National Trust properties and also several castles which we ran out of time to visit - we need to come back for a longer break next time!Pub a short walk (up hill) from campsite, we stopped in for drinks after walk in the hills but didn't eat, but good being served looked good. Opens at 6PM, another pub nearbyIf towing the approach roads have some narrow sections (do not use sat nav) so follow directions given by campsite for best approach and exit.
