First time buying a car and I literally can not fault them. Excellent service and costumer care. Callum West was excellent at his job and very helpful, answered all my questions and extremely polite, made the whole experience a breeze. The whole team were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

almost 3 months later i am still waiting your colleagues from the parts department to call me in order to buy the very special locking wheel nut key !! Thanks to Wilmoth Citroen Maidstone i have one now .With this branch was impossible to get the urgent care i needed for my 1 year old Citroen!!! Even on the phone i was told that she can’t do anything to help me although i was so desperate for the key . I did explain to her that i have been trying to get hold of anyone over the phone for 2 days . And i do need someone to call me in regards to my problem!Very very lazy dealershipI had sold my VW because of jcb GilinghamThanks god there is a different company in Maidstone that deals with CitroenAvoid JCB as a plagueI am left with the impression that this the way they manage the service field of all brands they have put their hands on !

I recently bought a Dacia Sandero car from JCB motors in Rainham. The process was straightforward as Connor carpenter who handled the sales was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend them.

Absolute disgrace of a dealership. My disabled mother ordered a new car back in March and was told delivery due April. All they continually do is mislead about the delivery. It was in stock one minute, in the port the next, then disappeared off the ordering system, offered an alternative, that disappeared too...... the list goes on and on over the last few months. Continually have to chase and they don't even have the courtesy to call back and that goes from the sales executive right up to the Business Manager. Even ignore your emails. I have to assume that maybe it's because the sale for a disabled purchase isn't as lucrative for them but just ignoring a customer and their family who are trying to help support is completely unacceptable! Still waiting a response to calls and messages and hoping this might help.Review update to response:For the avoidance of doubt this dealership has STILL NOT offered any sort of update or solution to the order. Anyone reading the response to this review will notice a lack of ownership continuing with system excuses and offers no solution and after 7 months you would have thought there would be a solution communicated for some point in the future at least? Finally got an email response last night still with no solution or update from dealer but happy to provide a JCB Citroen escalation contact so appears this dealership seems unable or unwilling to help.

Excellent experience with the parts department from Tim & Kevin needed a part for my wife’s Clio which they found & quoted on the spot. Also needed the radio code as the battery had been changed. Emailed the V5 document to Kevin who emailed the code back within 1/2 hour. I wish all dealerships were this efficient.
