Great range of sewing machines and superb service. It was so easy to make a final choice as I was given a comprehensive description of all the machines in my price range and then provided with an opportunity to try them. There was no pressurised sales pitch. The staff were incredibly friendly, relaxed, helpful and, most importantly, knowledgeable about their products.

I'm a knitter so I'm in constant need it wool and they have a great selection! They've got a great selection of wool, tools and magazines for patterns. It's worth a check out if your nearby.

I popped into the shop today on a recommendation. On a fact finding mission really. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, I came away with a new overlocker! There was no pressure or I would not have bought anything. They were so helpful, I will definitely be going back shortly to purchase a new sewing machine.

My mother's 70 year old manual Singer sewing machine has come back from its renovation service in tip-top condition.

Absolutely fantastic service. I bought my Bernette machine earlier this year and somehow I managed to do a proper job of breaking it. I contact the Superior Sewing Centre and they were brilliant. Paul spoke to me on the phone and via email to talk me through some troubleshooting techniques (I'm fairly new to machine sewing so was panicked) which put me at ease, but didn't solve my issue. Paul suggested I send him my machine and he would investigate further. He went above and beyond and needless to say, I had my machine returned in good time and working like a dream. he fixed my problem, free of charge and I'm convinced it actually works better now than it did before I broke it. I would highly recommend the Superior Sewing Centre for all of your stitchy needs :-)
