My conure, Jeremy went on his holidays to Feathers & Tails bird hotel and I can't recommend it enough. The care and attention he received from these specialist was second to non. Constant updates via WhatsApp.I will be using them again! 10/10!!!

Popped in today to pick up some bits for my birds and reptiles. This is one of the only pet shops I’ve ever been in that all the products are safe for the animals. I can highly recommend, knowledgeable staff and 5 * products. My conures love their pick a mix too!

My tortoise stayed in their reptile hotel for 5 days. Staff were very friendly and took amazing care of her. They even sent photos and updates of her which was fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone as they clearly care for the pets and do a fabulous job at looking after them.

Lovely pet shop, we used the pet hotel for our conure parrot while on holiday and were really impressed. They took brilliant care of him, which even involved an emergency vet appointment and they went above and beyond taking him to be treated out of hours, and kept us updated throughout. He was really well cared for, plenty of interaction. Can’t recommend enough! They sell some great products too, lots of toys for both our parrot and dog.

My go-to pet shop for my menagerie! A wide range of quality products and friendly knowledgeable staff that are always welcoming and happy to talk you through any questions or concerns you may have about your pets! I’ve always struggled to get all the products I need for my animals all in one place but these guys have it all! Highly recommend I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing service from Feathers and Tails. It’s clear the staff are very knowledgeable and passionate about your animals. Got my cat some treats which she absolutely loves! Will definitely be going back for more goodies.
