Ordered the Baileys Cashew Cake at very short notice, Cake Faktory delivered the utmost in customer service, they guaranteed to deliver the cake ontime and they kept to their word.The Cake was beautifully presented, it was fresh, moist and absolutely delicious.I am going onto their website now to order another cake and some Super Hero Biscuits for my Son's Birthday.Thanks a lot Cake Faktory.Highly Recommended.

I ordered a cake from Australia to be delivered my sister who lives in the UK. They were amazing! Easy to order online, only needed 72 hours notice, promptly answered any questions I had and the cake was delivered on time. The cake itself was stunning and by all reports tasted incredible. The lovely people from the Cake Faktory even added in a card and a bunch of flowers which was such a kind and thoughtful touch. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I purchased a birthday cake for my son's 18th birthday, the chosen design being a chocoholics dream! OMG! Not only was the cake beautifully made and designed but the taste was amazing, incredibly moist and chocolatey, even 4 days later it is still amazingly moist. I cannot recommend Cake Faktory enough and will be ordering from them again. I don't think there needs to be an occasion, let's face who doesn't love cake, it is a basic need. So happy!

I ordered the Lemon Curd Cup Cakes and the 6-inch Chocolate Drip Cake. Initially, I had a query about my payment, which was answered within 10 minutes of sending it. The delivery was punctual and the cakes exceeded my expectations. The Lemon Curd cupcakes were light and had a delicious vanilla flavour. They were filled with tasty, sharp lemon curd and the icing was light and fluffy without being over-sweet.The Chocolate Drip cake was beautifully decorated with strawberries dipped in dark chocolate. The cake was moist and had an excellent chocolate flavour, enhanced by delicious icing. The cake is deep, so the 6-inch size was perfect for the occasion. I will most definitely be ordering from Cake Faktory again. Thank you for providing an excellent service.

Ordered a few days in advance through their website... That was quick and easy to browse, choose and order... Delivery was on time and most importantly the cake looked exactly the same or even better than the online photo... It was fresh and moist and the taste was awesome... My wife really loved the birthday surprise at midnight. Absolutely amazing! Highly recommended.
