Had a skip off them today, delivered promptly, placed exactly where I needed it putting. Lovely looking wagon too.A pleasure to deal with. Happy, polite staff.

Unloaded my scrap and then was given over 60% less than other scrap yard prices. I'm not a scrap collector so not an income venture but still on principle I feel that it's worth letting others know about my experience. If you were to use this company I'd advise agreeing a price based on a visual inspection rather than leaving it to trust and relying on the guideline prices..the aluminium was clean and they paid me 100 per tonne.. horrendous. I wanted to use a local company as I try to for most of my transactions, should have gone to brotherons or the one in shipley.. bought information

Not particularly helpful or courteous

Very poor service, ordered skip at 9 and still wasn't there at 11. Phoned up a few times to excuses and had to cancel in the end.

I took in loads of aluminium.. nearly 300kg ..I was told a price. They unloaded me and then they said it was mixed. We spent hours ensuring it was clean aluminium, as builders we often take scrap to yards and usually they're decent.Unfortunately these guys choose making a quick buck off locals at the expense of their reputation
