Probation Service

My son is currently staying here . He has nothing but praise for the place & the Staff . Duane says its a good place . The best place he has been in , in a long time !

This place is not fit for purpose, I take a friend here as there is no bus service that goes near from where we live 10 miles away. In the last 4 months she has spent an average of 10 minutes at her appointments where she signs papers to say she's attended. Today was the 3rd time she left without seeing her probation officer as she wasn't there. Her probation officer called her to cancel after the receptionist had told her to take a seat she would let her know she was here! Then on the phone whilst she was in the waiting room she was asked if she could come back tomorrow! For people who don't drive this place is a nightmare to get to, the common decency for officers to let you know there not in the building and need to cancel is non existent. Wasted yet another day of mine.
