Very pleased with the consultation, treatment and outcome of the endothermal ablation treatment to my knotty varicose veins. They were significantly less raised, no longer seemed unsightly and I wasn't self-conscious about them. I only experienced mild discomfort during in the treatment and in the immediate aftermath, had minimal bruising, healed and saw the benefits very quickly.Sclerotherapy was deemed worthwhile to further reduce them. This was a very minor procedure. I'm not 2 weeks post treatment so the outcome isn't clear. Currently, I can feel where the veins have hardened, and they are more noticeable than after the first treatment, but hope these will be absorbed. I have very mild staining which I hope will fade over time.

Dr Mark Regi and the lovely Caz were amazing. They explained exactly what was going on and had a great sense of humour to distract me. I cannot recommend highly enough. I'm so pleased with the whole experience and so glad i had it done (EVLA in both legs & 1 follow up sclerotherapy). Caroline on reception is an absolute pleasure too.

The whole team - from Caroline on reception, Caroline the nurse and Mark the consultant - made the entire experience outstanding. From the first consultation where everything was explained, and through each of the different procedures that I needed, the communication and care were excellent.The procedures themselves have been transformative. I was suffering a lot of discomfort in my legs and was extremely self conscious of them. Following my initial EVLA treatment and the subsequent foam injections, the swelling in my legs has gone and my calves are now measuring a staggering 3cm smaller and I've also lost 2cm throughout the rest of my legs. The appearance of them, too, is remarkable as there are no more bulging veins and my thread veins are gradually disappearing. I am looking forward to being able to wear knee length dresses and skirts for the first time in years this summer (when the sun comes out!).Huge thanks to the whole team.

I would like to share my experience with Veincentre Cardiff.I have had varicose veins for 20 years which have worsened through the years, which gave me huge bulging veins, causing aches daily. I would be very anxious wearing shorts/skirts due to the veins. After researching varicose vein treatments I came across Veincentre and noticed the good reviews, which helped me make the decision to book a consultation.I was welcomed by the lovely receptionist who made me feel at ease. The waiting area was bright and airy. During the consultation both the consultant and nurse were friendly and gave informative information about the treatments I would need. Their both listened to what symptoms I was experiencing. The consultant oulined what treatments I would need and the intial cost. He explained which veins would need to have the treatments and how long the recovery would be.Two months after, I had my first session of bilateral great saphenous vein laser treatment and foam sclerotherapy. I was very nervous on the day but both the consultant and the nurse made me feel more relaxed. I had a lovely chat with the nurse which distracted me from the treatments given at the time.After the treatments, I wore compression stockings for a week and walked 20 minutes per day, which was suggested for good recovery. I did experience the aches for a few days after the procedure but the pain was managed with paracetamol. A few weeks later I could see the treated veins had significantly reduced in size.A couple of months later I went for second session. The consultant was very pleased with the overall result. No more laser treatment was needed. I had more foam sclerotherapy to the veins in my lower leg which was part of the plan. Overall I had a very good experience with Cardiff Veincentre and would highly recommend. I am so happy with the result and am looking forward to the summer to wear my shorts again.

After years of suffering unsightly and painful varicose veins on both legs I booked a See & Treat appointment in the Veincentre, Cardiff. The staff were very professional and welcoming, the EVLA procedure was only slightly uncomfortable and excellent after-care advice was provided. I have since had a follow-up appointment and I'm totally thrilled with the results. The throbbing and pain in my legs has totally disappeared and they look so much better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Veincentre to anyone.

All the staff at veincentre Cardiff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable through the whole experience. Dr Mark and Caz were great at explaining the process and keeping me at ease through the procedure. Caroline on reception is always lovely and warm and welcoming. Overall really pleased with my experience and the results I’ve had.

My whole experience at the Veincentre for my varicose vein treatment, was totally stress-free.All the staff were wonderful, very professional and friendly. The centre is very modern and very clean.Prior to the treatment, the process was explained thoroughly.The treatment was carried out with due care, and with no discomfort. Aftercare was also very professional with all needs and questions answered fully. The results have been excellent, and I am extremely pleased. I went to the Vein Centre in Cardiff to see if I could have treatment for varicose veins. I was so impressed with the clinic from the start and the consultant, Mr Regi, was knowledgeable and took me through all the options. I was really impressed by him and the team, and felt in safe hands. Treatment was a breeze despite me having significant varicose veins to treat. I am so impressed by the clinical staff. Recovery was hard at times but worth it, pain was quite excessive at times, but the results were incredible - I have the confidence to wear shorts again after many years of hiding my legs. Highly recommended to anyone, and the cost is not excessive. Thank you very much to everyone at the Cardiff Clinic - I am so grateful.

I started my treatment with Dr.Mark Regi and his team,and just had my 6 week check up. I am very pleased with it so far had a little top up .Dr Mark was so friendly helped me understand the whole process and once it came to treatment it was super easy and pretty much painless.Aftercare was amazing to .
