THE BEST! Our mortgage advisor was John. He has been amazing through the whole process. Buying our first house, we honestly didn’t have a clue, but he answered all our questions and has been so patient with us! Excellent Advice and Comms from John Horrocks at EMS. We never felt like any question was too silly, always there via wassap, email, the phone to answer all out queries and advise us what to do next if we were stuck. Explained the process fully in a way we understood. Absolutely made up with the deal he got us. John is an asset to this company and I would thoroughly recommend him and because of him EMS to anybody.
