I contacted Billy and made a drop in appointmentI had an issue with my MacBook Pro keyboard and he said that he would take a look. Within 1 hour I had helpful advice that I should take to an Apple store for a FREE repair.Billy had taken the time to phone Apple and create a case reference. We have been using Tecnico4U for four years now and would be lost without them. The team are always on hand to help us with our problems, however small they are (we aren’t particularly advanced when it comes to PCs / Servers / IT Equipment etc) so having such a great team just a phone call or email below means we can focus on what we’re good at and not IT. We use Tecnico4U as our companies IT specialist and have purchased various items of equipment through them over the years. On Tuesday we needed a new company MacBook Pro to be ordered and have all our email accounts installed and our Sharepoint drive set-up. The laptop arrived Friday morning same week and as requested everything installed and set-up, all we had to do was simply turn on and everything was up and running perfectly, as expected.
