Staff here are fantastic. Emptying years of clutter from my father in law's house and the staff were so helpful in sorting the items, helping unloading and answering questions. Thank you

Good site with easy access. Only criticism is that the staff are bone idle. I'm 70 and my husband is 78. We struggled with a car load of garden waste and they just stood there looking at their mobile phones.

Staff could not be more unhelpful If they tried! Literally watched me struggle! Luckily a member of the public offered to help. There so rude and so arrogant.

Takes DIY waste (plasterboard) for a small fee. Well laid out, clean with helpful staff. Ended up coming away with more than I went in with from the on site charity shop!!

Very helpful and friendly with it. I greatly appreciate the people who work here for their recycling efforts, but also for trying to keep the public safe in an industrial environment. Respect to you all. And well done to the council for providing an effective service, and the website guidance.

Is it in the job description that all recycling centre employee's must be rude to the public?Today on a visit, my 70 year old mum went into the shop, inquired into the price of an item, and she got a really aggressive response from one of the workmen who said. There's nothing we can do about the price

Third and last visit to this recycling centre been here twice last year and first time for this year and same experience each time. Staff are rude and believes they own the place. They look down on you and speak to you in an unacceptable manner from the start you get off your vehicle. Not surprised there is all these fly tippings around!

I have taken nine very heavy bags of grass cuttings to the recycling centre today, John Symons, I asked him for his name, could not of been more helpful. I rcently had a hip replacement and he was so kind! Credit where it is duerecycling cenre in Dereham

From my visit today the member of staff that dealt with me without doubt was the most unhelpful jobsworth that I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.!!!!!!!!!!With staff like these there is no wonder fly tipping is such a problem shameful
