I’d first of all like to thank the whole branch but specifically Ian and Finlay! I ended up having a bad experience with the Perth branch and returned my car, I was then looking for a new one and came to this garage. Ian was instantly really helpful listened to what I was looking for and took me to see 6 cars there and then. Today I just picked up my Peugeot I’d like to thank Finlay for taking over today so I was able to pick up my car. You both made the process very smooth and thanks to Ian who kept in contact the whole way through and got things fixed on the car so everything was ready!

Took my car into Arnold Clark Peugeot, Inverness as my rear break discs and pads needed to be replaced as the left side was grinding metal and making the most awful noise. The services department including the manager, Andy were brilliant! Managed to fit me in at very short notice on the day. My car was fixed perfectly, also washed and vacuumed which I was not expecting! Could not fault them at all!

Great job for me fixing multiple issues that my vehicle had after purchasing from another Arnold Clark. Good job this garage is competent, unlike the one I bought the car from. Will return for my MOT and servicing.

Useless, incompetent, bunch of chancers.Avoid this dealership at all costs.Although I never bought a car from here they were tasked to carry out repairs. Three times I had to do a 220 mile round trip and my car still has issues.From the waste of space young lad at reception to the service manager that came across as some sort of wannabe Pierce Morgan, they all seemed to have a chip on their shoulders as to why I wanted my recently bought car repaired.Every one of them should be taken for retraining on customer care.If you buy from Arnold Clark and this dealership comes up as a service point or collection get on the phone and point blank refuse to go anywhere near there.Disgusted is an understatement.

Walked in to have a look at the cars started off as a normal dealership floors were a little bit dirty but expected from moving cars around, had a look at the new Peugeot 408 what a stunning car wish I could afford that maybe when my grandad dies eh but anyway back to the review.Went outside to the lot a lot of nice and well kept after cars but found one that caught my eye a bright pink fiat 500 absolutely stunning decided to finance it and was so happy with my new car… BUT THEN.I was driving home and a brick went through my window I was convinced it was left there by the Arnold Clark crew I went back for a full refund and they could only offer me 99% of my refund and as they had to fix the glass.Shocking service and then I found a gram of heroine in the glove box injected it all and now safe to say I will be coming back.Thanks Arnold you’ve been great.

Just purchased my new Fiat 500 at Arnold Clark Peugeot/Citroen.I must say from the moment I walked in the door I was treated exceptionally well.I want to give a huge personal Thank You!!to Ian Davidson for helping me out with my purchase of my new car. Amazing service from Aimee and Ethan.Aimee was very welcoming, no question was too stupid. She had plenty of knowledge helping me decide what car to go for.Ethan was fantastic at sorting everything out, making sure I understood the whole process and keeping me updated.Whole experience was great and didn't feel as though the people I was dealing with only cared about the sale and rushing me out the door!

I want to give my thanks to team Peugeot at Arnold Clark Inverness for how satisfied I am after using their service this month. Usually I’m quite nervous about using large corporate companies for car maintenance however, my perception has been changed since my visit.My thanks go to the lovely lady who welcomed me to the branch and then the friendly guys at the service desk. My car had a few issues which the mechanics tended to and the service manager was amazing when he explained what had been done.I was very satisfied with the cost of the work and my car feels perfect again, like it did when I first bought it.10/10 to Peugeot Inverness for the speed of the work, cost, communication, customer service and unexpected car wash at the end.
