Roy is a knowledgeable, organised mechanic/motor engineer. Appointments needed in advance but the job will be done and you'll be kept informed if required. I only felt the need to write a review, as it's hard to find service like this, and it should be recognised.

This garage is now being run by Sham and Yasser. Yasser did a Full service on my Audi Q7. He took great care and attention on the service. Didnt rush it and also cleaned the engine nicely after. Went above and beyond very happy with the service and customer care. Highly recommended

Visited Sham last week for rear brake discs and pads replacement. Sham gave me a choice of bringing all needed parts or he was happy to order parts. The job was completed within an hour ( if not less) . Very competitive price. Sham also completed my generic service book.I am extremely satisfied with the service. Sham maintained open and honest communication.I will definitely service my car with Sham. Photos taken while changing tyres at a different garage.THANK YOU SHAM.

I was advised by a local that sure start was the mot garage with the doors wide open. Which is the one i went to and got ignored by 3 staff members.It transpires this wasnt infact surestart at all .My apologies.Im sure you have a wonderful business.

Was recommended by my son in law and impressed by the good reviews , was not disappointed . Very nice people , diagnosed my noisy front bearing , gave me a good price and booked me in , job done , quick and easy and no surprises . Will definitely use them again . Give them a try , you won't regret it .
