Frank & Chris were professional, polite & went beyond my expectations. They fully stripped my bedroom apex on my bungalow and rebedded the tiles and rendered my gullys due to a water leak at a very reasonable price, I had quotes previously that did not fully entail the full strip down just a patch up job that would have only lasted a short while. I contacted Frank at Raven Roofing to quote on replacing some damaged render on our dormer. He visited the next day and had a quote back to me the day after. He also explained how bad workmanship had caused the roof and render to fail.Quote was for an EPDM roof with zinc cladding on the sides. I had a good feeling and felt the price was fair so went with them. So glad I did. Frank and Chris were both professional throughout and it was obvious that they are highly experienced. I added on the installation of a sun tunnel, replacement fascia board and some lead work on a sloped roof.Really happy with all the work and would definitely recommended them.

Frank and Chris kindly completed the flat roof to our new orangery. They constructed the upstand for the lantern, OSB boards on the cold roof and finished it with rubber and aluminium flashing along the parapet wall. They were very professional, experienced and polite. There was a leak from the gutter outlet. This was reported to Frank on a Friday evening. He immediately returned the very next morning (Saturday) and fixed it. The aftercare says a lot about a company. The service Frank provided was outstanding and worthy of a five star rating. I requested a quote from Raven Roofing for a minor roof repair and Frank responded the same day saying he'd be able to visit at the weekend to assess the work. Getting a prompt reply and confirmation of a date to visit was much appreciated.Frank arrived on the day specified, assessed the work and told me he could repair it there and then for a very reasonable cost.Although Frank said he doesn't normally work weekends, he did the repair on a Saturday, which again was very much appreciated.It's very hard to find people as professional and pleasant to deal with as Frank, especially for minor repair work, so I would highly recommend Frank and Raven Roofing on the basis of the work he did for me at short notice.
