(cockroaches, stained towels, mouldy beds, sheets which do not fit the bed i could go on) Yet they pass any responsibility of not delivering onto a middle person and leave you stranded where other travellers have been looked after and moved by their high street agents. Heather was super helpful and supportive whilst giving quotes and booking our 2 week holiday to Disney recently. Heather helped with park tickets, car hire and links for visas. I felt that she was there when I needed help as I was such a novice, as bits were so complicated. I would definitely use Heather again to book other holidays.
