Stopped in here to look for some type of souvenir for our die hard musical friends who already own everything. The persons working were good conversationalists and we bought a little recorder. Fun.

Bought a set of smallpipes bellows from these guys that are completely unusable and of a different design to those pictured on the website. Also, the belt broke within twenty minutes and replacing it with a new one necessitated me drilling some new holes, so no refund was offered. All I received was an apologetic email promising not to let me down with future purchases and to update the website with the actual product they’re selling ASAP, but it’s been a week and that hasn’t happened, and I doubt it ever will. Laughably they claim on some listings that bellows “of this quality” could set you back £450+ on their own, but I’m afraid that’s a straight-up lie. My advice is to save your money and shop elsewhere, because frankly I might as well have thrown £120 in the bin and saved myself the aggravation.

Awesome service! We needed a set of Bagpipes desperately for my Mums funeral & I ordered ones from Ebay that couldn’t even hold the air in them, they were rubbish! We called shop first to make sure we could get what we needed on the day we visited the shop and we could. My aunty played them in the shop to! It was a very fast purchase and the guys who work there are TOP NOTCH!! The bagpipes are absolutely beautiful & basically you get what you pay for online, this shop & the service the Men gave was incredible. I want to say a huge ThankYou! Not sure if you’ll see this but ThankYou!

This is an amazing store. It is actually the first stop I made in Scotland because of how excited I was to go! Not only did the staff member that assisted me answer all my questions very extensively, he also helped me understand what I was buying and even tuned my bag pipe for me before I purchased it. Besides bagpipes there were tons of other instruments that looked like they were in great condition at the store. Thank you once again for all your help!!!
