If you’re a landlord, avoid this company.They failed to properly check a tenant who used our property to grow weed.They didn’t properly vet the tenant, allowed the tenant to pay cash and didn’t spot fake ID/references so the police couldn’t investigate.When police couldn’t investigate they said it showed nothing was wrong.Because they hadn’t done proper checks, insurance was invalid (they took commission from the insurance and tried to say they didn’t know details of the insurance)

Waste of time! I have been accepted to rent the property, gave the notice in the one I lived at, received multiple emails confirming the deal, sent money as requested just to recive a call from a manager 2 weeks before moving in making some ridiculous excuses and canceling the rent, leaving me in very uncomfortable situation with previous landlord!
