Emergency Plumber Bristol

WARNING This plumber is listed as registered to our private residential Bristol Address which they have no rights or connection to. When called and asked where they are located they hung up and refused to answer the phone again.

Please do not trust this plumber. They are registered at at an unauthorised address that they have never lived at (the property has been in our ownership for over 40 years and they have never been a tenant). We are in the process of reporting them to trading standards as they have been ignoring our calls.

Called late last night at around 3 am with a water leak. Had a plumber within the hour. Fast and very friendly

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Called on behalf of a Disabled client about an emergency plumbing issue and they hung up very abrubtly.Have not seen such unprofessionalism such as this in all my years and these people should be ashamed of themselves. No customer services skills whatsoever especially in the time of a worldwide pandemic.
