Excellent course with lovely people. Peter is the perfect host and teacher - encouraging and critical. I’ve learned so much. The recorded lessons are an everlasting source of information, guidance and tips. And the feedback video is really instructive and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough. My weekly dose of joy!

I’ve just finished the Intro to Oil Techniques online course, and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Peter is a wonderful teacher. Incredibly passionate about what he does and takes the time to answer all our questions in great detail; nothing is too much trouble. The weekly feedback videos were just as useful as the lessons themselves and I have learnt a great deal. Thank you Peter, I’m looking forward to next semester already!

I signed up for the drawing and painting class as I wanted to get back into drawing and painting but didn't know where to start. The classes have been amazing, we were introduced to lots of different mediums and given a demonstration before getting started ourselves. Peter is a fantasic teacher, he is pasionate about art and his classes have a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. He is encouraging and provides constructive feedback which has really helped my development. I'm suprised at how much I have improved in just 12 weeks and will be signing up to more classes in the future!

Finding time to paint and draw has been a real challenge for me recently, so joining these fantastic classes was such a great experience, and I have taken away lots of new skills and techniques. Peter is an excellent tutor, very experienced and talented. Every class was well planned and thoroughly enjoyable. I will definitely be booking another slot in the future and I highly recommend! I have taken both the Drawing & Painting class and Life Drawing class, and both have helped me immensely in developing my art skills. Classes are well suited for a range of abilities and the atmosphere is friendly and supportive. Peter is a brilliant teacher and artist - can't recommend his classes enough!

Wonderful experience. Learnt alot and found mediums that I had never tried before. The course was engaging as there was always something different to learn each week and peter was so helpful in each class, he would take the time to give tips and feedback individually which I highly appreciated. Excellent course esp for beginners!! Highly recommended.

I haven't held a paintbrush since I was at school, so I was pretty nervous beforehand. However, Peter's friendly manner, instructive demonstrations and thoughtfully planned exercises quickly put me at ease. Using pencil, charcoal, pen & ink, pastels and acrylic paint, I really felt like I learnt a lot and had fun doing it. I even made some friends along the way! If you're thinking about getting back into art, I highly recommend this course.

I really enjoyed the course. It was great to try a number of different techniques and mediums. Peter is a very funny and warm teacher so the classes were very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend.

I have had a wonderful time taking the Drawing & Painting course with Peter. He has created an extremely engaging structure to the course, teaching the fundamentals of using many different mediums, but also adapting his teaching style and providing individual feedback tailored to all ability levels. His demonstrations at the beginning of each class have shown how much is possible by breaking down the steps clearly and methodically. I also found that Peter was very willing to give feedback on any drawings made outside of class which really helped my progress. Lastly, I have met a great group of people and have enjoyed the supportive environment. Have already booked another course with Peter in the new year and would recommend anyone who is curious about painting or drawing to try the classes!
