We've had carpet and flooring work done with Ideal Flooring recently and received excellent service all round. Dom, Sean and Darren did a great job, and they were professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. Being new to the area, we shopped around before chosing this family-run company. Now we wouldn't go anywhere else.

The carpet was very nice and price not bad. Service and customer care was awful. My 92 year old mother was left to clear up and dispose of the rubbish created when this company laid her new bedroom carpet, and expected to first aid the carpet layer when he hammered his finger. He left all the blood and tissues in her kitchen, where she prepares her food.
