Had a 2.5 hour lesson and fitting with James which was a real eye opener and overall a great session with a lot to get through.After working on technique I sampled a load of different putters and with data analysis came away with a Spider GT - absolutely no pressure to purchase and no bias towards more expensive models.Definitely recommend if you are struggling with your putting!

Very insightful lesson, despite putting being the strongest part of my game based on the stats I collect. Would thoroughly recommend a lesson with James. Great guy and a great setup with all the tech you'd want.

I had a fantastic session with James. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t just care during the session. He will reach out after the lesson to ensure you understand everything whilst sending you all the work you did with videos and practise ideas. Highly recommend getting a lesson.

James is a great putting coach. He gives you lots of useful information without getting lost in the technical details.The sessions with him are relaxed and enjoyable.

James is absolutely brilliant. I visited James for a putter fitting, which I would highly recommend for anyone considering a new putter (or to validate that they already have the right putter!). I felt very at ease with his relaxed, friendly and professional manner. It was clear that James really knows his stuff and he spent considerable time analyzing my putting and working with me on my technique. I was able to make some fundamental changes to my putting (after 40 years of golf!) and select a new putter customized to fit me and my putting style. As if that was not good enough, the total cost of the fitting AND the new putter was less than the cost of the putter a friend had recommended. The result was transformative, my first time out with the new putter shaved at least 6 strokes of my card. I will be seeing James again to further work on my technique. Great value in every sense, I only wish I had done this years ago!

After a lesson and fitting with James in September.I am having two birdies per round at the moment and still improving, it’s been a brilliant experience ! He has all the set up and expertise to help you to understand how much details you need in your putting, if you want to save money or strokes in your round and properly understand how you can improve in the future! I think you have to pay a visit no doubt !

I had a lesson with James a few weeks ago at Old Fold Manor and I am really pleased with the results. My technique is so much better and my putting stroke is now very consistent and methodical.I don’t always get the line or weight of the putt right, but now that I have faith in my technique, I can practice those aspects to get them right. I am now much more confident on the green. All I need to do now is sort the rest of my game out!

James is very professional in what he does and I trusted him to help me find a suitable putter. Highly recommended if you want to be properly fitted for a club that most of us use quite a lot.
