Took the wheel to have a new tyre fitted and was called at 4pm to collect. Took my car down which had the slave wheel on. I asked if they would fit the new tyre and wheel and was told No we are closing at 5pm, too busy. The garage had no other customers in it, it was empty with two men outside one of whom I assumed was a fitter.I rang at 8am the next morning and was still told No we are too busy all day.My partner and I managed to fit the wheel which took over half an hour and was extremely heavy in the pouring rain. NOT IMPRESSED. APPALLING SERVICE.

John and his team are superb. They are honest, pragmatic and professional throughout. Have MOT'd and fixed my BMW with them now over the last two years and always been welcomed and looked after honestly.

Stopped in after finding a loose drive shaft bolt on my drive through Marlborough. The guy at the counter kindly took the car around to the workshop for me and jacked the car up to make sure the bolt tightened back up correctly. Was a simple job to do but was very impressed at the professionalism to do even a simple task properly.Got me back on the road quickly and safely. Will happily go back in the future!

Extremely Honest and a great personalised service. Recently moved to the area, had a problem with one tyre and had been told by main dealer that tyres were nearing replacement so ordered a new pair. KTS were happy to repair the problem tyre and confirm that there was further life in the front tyres - it would have been easy to take the £290 for new tyres, but only charged £24 for the repair. Will use again and strongly recommended.

They did not laugh when I could only note the issue as a high pitch squeeky noise that I think was coming from the rear left. Helpful and friendly and only cost was labour. And car runs quiet now.

These guys couldn't have been more welcoming. I have a slow puncture and while they couldn't fix the problem due to a broken wheel nut, they gave me some air to get me home. Then, when I did resolve the nut issues, they went out of their way to accommodate this issue, change the tyres an get me going again. I expected it to cost a great deal more than it did, but it didn't. I was exceptionally impressed. I would highly recommend these guys.

Can't recommend KTS enough. The first time I went there was because I couldn't remove two of the bolts (rusted in) when changing the cat converter, they were extremely friendly and only charged me an hour's labour and had no problem fitting a part that I had purchased. They did a great job as you'd expect.The second time I needed new rear pads and disks and the tracking sorted - it was ready very quickly and again they were really helpful/friendly and did a great job. I asked them to have a look at my air con at the same time, they found a faulty switch and so replaced it - it still wasn't working and so they gave me a courtesy car for the night - I went back the next day and they had discovered it to be a faulty part of the compressor. I decided not to go ahead as I felt it wasn't worth the expense or hassle - despite them having recharged the gas and spent at least a couple of hours looking over the wiring and fitting the part, they didn't charge me anything. Not only that but they swapped my front tyres over as they had been wearing unevenly; this sorted the tracking issue. Again, they didn't charge me a thing. Will definitely use again.
