I have recommended Liz to other friends and colleagues.Without Liz my anxiety and I wouldn't have survived living and working through this awful pandemic.I have also recently enjoyed hypnobirthing with Liz. After struggling with a blocked artery I knew I needed to stop smoking and although I managed to cut down I just couldn't shake off those few a day so sought the help of Liz through hypnotherapy. All I can say is wow, since seeing Liz I have had no desire to smoke at all and no great craving. I have now gone 7 full days without a cigarette and am truly amazed having tried so many times in the past and failed after 1 or 2 days. Liz gave me a recording that I have listened to every night and I am sure this has helped too. I would 100% recommend Liz if you too need that little bit of help. I can already feel my breathing is a lot easier, I now have a sense of smell I didn't know existed and have a lot more energy. Thank you so much Liz, I wouldn't have achieved this without you, I am so grateful.

Had a great experience with Liz who helped me to stop smoking. I went to see her in January 2023, and I have been quit smoking for 2 months now after 15 years of smoking. It has been a lot easier to quit this time round with Liz's help than it has been on my previous attempts to quit :) Soo thankful. If you are thinking of stopping smoking, i would definitely recommend you go and see Liz.

Liz is a miracle worker! I had one session to stop smoking and haven’t touched a cigarette since. I am currently 6 days in and am proud to say I am a non smoker. Liz is so lovely, very easy to talk to and I would recommend her without a doubt.
