Friendly staff, heating on full with windows open makes the building extremely hot and uncomfortable for staff and clients. External agencies late and underprepared.

Some staff are ok and really helpful. Others are woeful and dont listen to you. They make you feel like you are beneath them. Security are brilliant and have time to talk to you and make feel welcome and less stressed out about your visit. (2 STARS)**EDIT**I have returned after 4 years and must say that Donna is really helpful and polite. Understands my situation and does what she can to help.Not the Jobcentres fault but the amount per month doesnt leave me much to spend after outgoings

Made to feel threatened , sanctioned unnecessarily , just because you have a job being a a***ole doesn’t mean everyone wants one , also don’t get enough a month to live on , get paid and within 5 minutes my bank balance is back @ 4 pence

Nice people but the worst JC I have ever used. They either don't respond to any journal entry, try to saction you for not turning up to appointments that they cancelled, keep giving me appointments even though I'm at work and did a change of circumstance nearly 3 weeks prior.They have now sanctioned me for an appointment they gave me whilst I was at work and can't get them to correspond with me.They really are rubbish
