The products are good but there seems to be a culture of treating people that walk into shop with some distain. Even simple requests are met as though customers have annoyed them on arrival. Sorry but I have been there 4 times and at least 3 times staff have been a bit difficult.

Purchased new windows and french doors. Really nice quality and also the best price too. The sales person couldn't have been more helpful, and they delivered exactly when they said they would. I would recommend these guys.

Amazing! We arrived for a piece of glass just before weekend closing time whilst down here visiting a relative. Normally the piece of glass we needed takes a couple of days to organise but they put themselves out and did it on the spot as we were travelling back up country the following day.Our local builders merchant no longer cuts glass and I couldn't find anyone else locally I know it sounds bizarre to come to Cornwall to buy glass but if I need anything again I'd definitely use them and I'll also make sure I recommend them Fast, friendly and efficient service
