Friendly staff here always make the visit a pleasure. Great range of products and prices. Click and collect system good - just make sure you don't visit before getting the ok via text in case there are any issues with the order.

Great store, was trying to get locks for my door changed.Joe couldn't have been any more helpful to me measure my old cylinder lock to help me purchase the correct one.Joe is a credit to the Screwfix newtownabbey store and team. Terrible Waiting time after checking in online to collect, was nearly 20 minutes from checking in to collecting the item.Only one person ahead of me in the queue, multiple people came in and out of the plum/electric fix section. Multiple staff about just were not serving.Waste of having a check in system if staff aren't using it.

Bought a dewalt drill with 3 year warranty the warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on had printed receipts and proof of purchase from screwfix which was as useless as screwfix staff

Great range of products and tools. Customer service..... not so much. Unfortunately my wife had to go to pick up a 3m length of conduit, amongst other things, for mebecause I'm not feeling well...... in her MINI. I said just ask them to cut it in half - it won't be a problem"..... Geez - first (young) guy didn't know what to do with such an outlandish and unreasonable request so got someone else

Great range, good prices. Easy to return. What's not to like.Recently purchased a mono kitchen tap for £40. Came with a manufacturer's 10 year guarantee.Great value for money.Give me a like if you found this helpful.
