Couldnt get what we needed, looks like theyve stopped selling carpets.

Went to NCF Perry Barr for hall stairs and landing carpet after being badly let down with fitting by another larger supplier. Bobby was fantastic.. I'd called in on the friday night to say I would call in on saturday once I had cancelled my previous order with another company and would order and pay for the carpet. Arrived in store Saturday.. he knew who I was and had provisionally booked the fitting for this week for do as not to to lose a slot for fitting. Paid 50 quid less than the other supplier to and await fitting on Thursday this week. Cant recommend Bobby highly enough. Brilliant service. Cheers Bobby.

Sadly their customer service is abismol. I have a problem with a chair I bought 3 months ago and just get fobed off saying they are dealing with it, waited over 6 weeks so far for some response they are coming to see it?
