Birchfield Dental Practice
I've just completed a short course of treatment at the practice. After the initial assessment with Philip, I had an appointment with Shelley and Hannah. I can't help but get a little nervous when visiting a dentist for the first time. However, I found all the staff to be highly professional, thorough and informative. I can't thank them enough for their time and effort. The atmosphere was very calm and the receptionist staff were lovely and friendly too. Well done Birchfield, see you in 6 months time!

Myself and my son go here and my son is a little anxious about the dentist, but the dentists and nurses at Birchfield are so friendly, welcoming, understanding and patient with us when we go. Always very informative and giving great advice to help improve oral hygiene etc.

Emergency appointment, lovely and clean and the receptionist I dealt with is worth her weight in gold she had such empathy. The dentist was great and very gentle. I have booked for a consultation so I can get my teeth fixed. Shame I can't get on to their NHS as a pensioner money is tight.

Saw hygienist today. My comfort was of utmost importance to the staff. My mouth was particularly sensitive today after suffering Shingles so no high pressure cold water used. Such a pleasant experience. Thankyou.Receptionists were also helpful and understanding.

My mum visited Shelley Barnes, Hygienist at Birchfield Dental Practice for the third time. Without doubt Shelley is the most thorough, experienced & focused hygienist ever. She listened, asked appropriate questions and resolved all my issues. I have no hesitation in recommending Shelley Barnes most highly. Best ever!
