Our dog Ella went for her groom and Christina did an amazing job. She was so patient and kind with Ella and did a fantastic job of washing, blow drying and cutting her hair. She looks very smart now! HG Pets is fantastic, not just for grooming, but also for its products and advice. They are very friendly and helpful and we are very lucky to have them in Harrogate.I would highly recommend HG Pets and we will be back in soon for my treats, etc for Ella and another grooming session!

I’d just like to feedback on my order placed and the received the same day. I was so surprised to find a hand delivered order only hours later on my back doorstep (could have been even sooner but we had gone out). Really impressive and will definitely be back to purchase again and pop into the shop.So lovely to support a local business. Such great service

The best pet shop I've ever had the pleasure to visit. Jon is super Friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble and treats my two dogs like there his own. The service is so good we go weekly. Xx

Lovely shopping experience buying warm winter coats for our 2 french bulldogs. Nothing was too much trouble and the owner even applied a discount of 10% that was not normally available until the following week.
