Recently we went through sorrow of loosing our dear father. After speaking to few funeral directors we decided to choose Asian funeral care to do my fathers funeral. We cannot thank enough for excellent service they gave to us from start to end.Specially I want thank Shah for personal yet most professional support that he provided in organising my fathers funeral. He was very compassionate and went out of the way to make sure everything was how we wanted. He was very efficient and prompt in returning to us with questions and inquiries. Our experience with Asian Funeral Care could not have been better. From the very beginning when we were just trying to comprehend our loss, the team were helpful and responsive. They patiently answered all of our queries, understood exactly what we wanted for the funeral and meticulously made the arrangements so that everything proceeded as planned on the day. Sunjay (Jay) was extremely professional throughout this difficult time for our family and managed the whole funeral process so smoothly it took so much tension away from us. He was able to communicate with the hospital, crematorium and suppliers directly as well as being very easy to contact for any queries we had.
