I went to the shop when It first opened and was served by Nick, who couldn't have been happier to help me and with his wealth of knowledge pointed me in the direction of everything that I wanted. The customer service, the products and Nick were second to none and the prices were unbeatable, I've been going back ever since. Plymouth Smoke and Vape is the only place I go to for all my smoking and vaping needs now. This is a fantastic shop with brilliant, happy, helpful staff, amazing products and fantastic prices. My new favourite vape shop in Plymouth! The owner and the few that work in there are so lovely and helpful it's an actual joy to go in! Always stocking up with new flavours and a really lovely shop for the atmosphere and customer service alone. I would highly recommend especially if you've been to one of the shops with uninterested teenagers serving on the counter - this really is the best in Plymouth!
