Meg is an expert in her field, and shared that expertise with us when we brought a heritage Bible to her for repair and re-binding. She explained exactly what was needed, and why. The finished work was outstanding. We will have no hesitation whatsoever in bringing our next repair and re-binding project to Meg.

I'm extremely pleased with the work done on three vintage 'Babar' books. I think the work was done with great skill and care, and the books are now in a condition to be used again with no fear of causing further damage. (One in particular was falling apart before.) Great job, I would definitely recommend. One more point: if you're having your book(s) sent back to you, it's worth noting that mine were really well packaged up.

I am absolutely delighted with the high quality of work undertaken to restore my Poetry book. In fact it was originally a paperback, and all the pages were falling out, and it is now a beautiful hardback with unique marbling inner pages in the front and back. It has become a family heirloom, and our family will treasure it and have many hours of joy reading the poems it contains. I was also very impressed with the professionalism and good communication by Meg Green at 'Some Odd Pages Bookbindery and Book Arts Studio. She is honest and trustworthy, and her work is of a seriously high standard. Thank you!

I had two 500 page paperbacks, one with a severely cracked spine that split the book, converted into hardcovers. Both books were repaired exceptionally well with thick cloth covered boards and very solid binding. They look brand new, but they actually have to be held to fully appreciate the quality of these books.Meg is also quite a personable lady while remaining professional. She responds to emails the same day, a few immediately. Her work is a bit expensive, but rightfully so. Top quality craftsmanship is not and should never be cheap. She covers the cost of the return with a tracking number too.I am very pleased with her work and extend to anyone needing similar work the highest recommendation for her services.

I am so delighted with the outstanding work that Meg has done on an important piece of family history. The address book, from a much loved holiday cottage, was in an advanced state of decay and without attention would have only been damaged further. Meg created a new binding with new cover entirely in keeping with the original, making assorted repairs and adding new pages to extend its life. It was a real pleasure to work with such an expert. Thank you Meg for your thoughtful and talented restoration of our treasure.

Meg and her team did a brilliant job at repairing and binding three books that I had in my family for a long time. The quality of the work was extremely good, and they also personalized the work to suit each of the books (colour, materials, style etc.). Meg also kept us updated while the work was taking place, and returned the books promptly and safely. Overall a great service.

We tasked Meg with the unenviable task of rejuvenating my later father's wartime naval midshipman's journal, as well as his Fleet Air Arm pilot's log books which had been very damaged in a house fire. Meg came up with great suggestions and ideas as to the best way forwards, and the end result is perfect. On the journal, she even managed to retain elements of the original cover which included the original name plates, etc. We have no hesitation in recommending Meg and her services.

I had two very old books (1930's/1940's I think)which I had loved as a child and one (A Christmas Carol" free gift edition) which I have read to my children in instalments at bedtime over the Christmas season. for many years past. Both had become extremely well worn and falling apart

Nan's Birthday Book was in a sorry state, being over a hundred years old. What a turnaround now with Meg carrying out repairs with great care and attention. Highly recommended for all book repair work, so pleased with my late Nan's book. before and after photos attached.

I have sent five books from my childhood to Meg for repair-each of them badly damaged. They have all been sent back stable and beautifully restored to last for the next generation. She is also very reasonable priced and very efficient. Thank you Meg!
