My first visit to Sally but I will definitely be going back! Absolutely loved all the tips she gave me on managing my very thick hair and was delighted with the way she styled my hair.

The actual salon was nice, I visited to have my nails done. I asked for a French manicure, normal nail varnish. The lady was lovely but unfortunately I spent 1hr 45mins there, I was told I needed to be careful with my nails but within 3 hours of leaving they were completely ruined. £20 and I had to remove them all before the wedding the following day. If you go, I’d recommend not choosing normal nail varnish.As you can see on the pics, my left hand in particular was awful.

Sally and her team are an amazing group of hair stylists, always welcoming, always do a great job, I have recommended them to friends who have also received great service. I wouldn't go anywhere else, when you get a salon and stylists as good as the team at Elements you stay.

Called just after Christmas to book an appointment for nearly a month in advance, no one answered the phone, left a voicemail asking someone to call, called a second time after 1 week of no reply and still no one got back to me. I was hoping to book in my partner as an early birthday present. Wouldn't recommend trying, this is meant to be my local hairdresser but will go elsewhere.

Sally has been colouring my hair for almost 10 years and even though I have now moved a half hour drive away, I still wouldn't trust anyone else to do such a good job. Ignore previous negative feedback. It's a clean, modern salon with attentive and professional staff.

New to the area & looking to find a great salon. I was incredibly disappointed with my 1st visit to Elements. I had to wait 35 mins after my appointment time. The lady had to ask me three time what I was having done. I left as i felt my time was wasted. And I lost faith that anyone really knew what was going on. I was even prepared to pay the high price I was quoted but after a daydream attitude with no knowledge of what I’d asked for I wouldn’t recommend this salon. EXTREMELY POOR. Staff are more interested in birthday cards & secret Santa. No apology for the lack of service...
