We we’re very impressed with Nick Mosley’s professional approach; he had considered and researched comparative properties and demonstrated a good understanding of the target market for our property.We were introduced to each member of Nick’s team who all came to view the house and meet us personally and so were able to answer buyers’ questions knowledgeably.All appointments were planned with the minimum disruption to ourselves, and very quickly Mosley Jarman had found us a buyer.All through the process Nick has been proactive and has kept us updated in a calm and reassuring way.We would, without doubt, trust Mosley Jarman again to take a lot of the stress out of selling a property and have no hesitation recommending Nick and his team to others.

Sale and purchase of housesWe chose Mosley Jarman to both sell our house and purchase our new house. This was the best decision and really worked for us. They were competitively priced, listened to our requirements and concerns, communication was excellent and best of all they were there for us when we hit problems and helped enormously in navigating solutions. He was not representing me (rather my seller), he kept the whole chain informed, up to date and was very responsive to me, as I struggled with my own estate agent and solicitor. i have recently bought a house with Mosley Jarman, it wasn`t an easy purchase as I work abroard. The timelag getting things done was sometimes challenging. When our original sale fell through the team wasted no time in getting our property back on the market and a new sale secured within a week.
