I needed a part for my Fender Precision on a thursday, and after looking high and low, BTN happened to have the part in question instock (last 1). I called through and spoke to Alex who was extremely helpful. The part was ordered and despatched same day and arrived before Lunchtime the friday after and allowed me to fit it in time for a show on friday evening. Great service, reasonable pricing all conducted in a professional manner. Would have no hesitation recommending and next time I have a requirement they will be my first port of call. 5/5.

Great service; rather than just shifting boxes they give advice and instruction where other retailers wouldn't. How many people know the difference between a standard spaced tremolo and a Floyd Rose spaced tremolo; I didn't, but they did, so I was able to order the right tremolo first time! :-)

Ordered a component yesterday afternoon, it arrived here 85 miles away this morning, in and fitted this afternoon, and all for considerably cheaper than other on line retailers. They've even made a tube vid on fitting it that's as useful as the manufacturers' one. Top service!
