Where do I start - Sean Kelly has been an absolute pleasure in helping me find a solution during an incredibly stressful period. Unfortunately I suffered a break-in, which was nerve-racking in it self. This was further amplified by the fact it’s taken me more than 2 months to find the correct piece of glass.Out of all the people that I have liaised with, Sean has been a godsend in going above and beyond what is required of him.He has been incredibly patient and solution driven in helping me when there have been constant hurdles. The original glass I had in place is not something Velfac manufacture anymore and it’s impossible to get a like to like product in the UK. I was promised a similar product and was unfortunately messed around by another glazier, with time and money spent on the incorrect product.I am now getting this placed as a special order to match my existing glass, and this is all because Sean connected me to the right people who could assist.Thank you Sean!
