When we visited there was only 4 other people in the restaurant. It was not busy, yet we had an absolute disaster with our food.It was signalled as ready for collection from the counter 10 mins before it was ready - I understand it’s always a little behind but not to the point staff are telling people to take a seat because it’s going to be a long wait!When our food was called only one of our 5 items was there. Then the team members bickered about the order in front of us saying that our order shouldn’t have been called because the item is for another order which hasn’t been called and also didn’t have all its items ready!Finally they decided to give us the food they called and then located each other item we ordered and placed them on the counter individually for us to gather. As it was a take away order, I would have expected them to at least put it all in a bag rather than one bag for fries and everything else loose! If it had been one item, I would understand but expecting us to juggle all the item showed a lack of common sense and competence.But don’t worry, because everything is made fresh to order so it must at least be good right? Wrong. Only our fries were edible, everything else was practically raw and even our bottle of coke tasted off (and when we checked it was past it’s best before!)We didn’t bother going back to complain, if the team lacks the basic competence to pack the order I had no faith they would be able to resolve this. Would not recommend this branch to anyone - if you’re desperate for Tim Hortons go to the other MK branch

Lovely meal deal offer! The environment is a great place to eat. The food especially the veggie wrap and hash brown taste amazing! Would recommend to everyone

Decent food ( I guess), no where near as good as the actual Canadian restaurants. Service is ok. Not to bad priced. But I don't know what it is. But you always leave feeling it wasn't worth it.

My friend brought us for breakfast - our first visit. We loved it and will definitely back! Service was friendly and efficient. We had breakfast wraps, doughnuts and cold drinks. Iced coffee was delicious! Thank you for a great morning.

Our visit to Tim Horton's in Westcroft, Milton Keynes, was an absolute delight! We went with family friends, and it turned out to be a joyful experience. It is quite spacious.Despite the bustling crowd, the service was commendable. Tim Horton's staff managed to keep up with the demand.Now, let's talk about the treats! The strawberry milkshake was an instant favourite. And chicken strips were juicy ,crispy and flavourful.All in all, Tim Horton's in Westcroft is a fantastic place for a family outing. It's got the right mix of great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

My experience here was generally pleasant. Coffee and donut was served in good time. The reason for the 4 stars is that the floor was sticky and needed to be cleaned. The level of staff also could do with improvement with maybe an extra one or two extra employees.

Just moved in to the area in Milton Keynes and found Tim Hortons to be welcoming, wonderful service and great space to work from. The breakfast meal deal was affordable and tasty too. Highly recommended if in the area.

Always choose to have breakfast here (despite other options nearby) when my wife goes to get her hair cut. Food is good, prices are decent for what you get, but it's the surroundings that really make it a great place to sit down, eat/drink and read my paper. Thanks again.

I had a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons thanks to their exceptional customer service. The staff were very friendly and kindly made another drink for me when I ordered the wrong one. It's rare to find such a level of care in a fast-food restaurant, and I truly appreciated it. I'll definitely be returning for both the great food and the outstanding customer service!
